Willkommen im Sport der Gegenwart und der Zukunft!

Nach Fußball ist es derzeit die beliebteste Sportart der Welt, die nun auch in Deutschland und natürlich auch bei Airbus boomt.

Der "Pádel" Club bei Airbus Hamburg entstand aus der Initiative einiger Paddle-Tennis-Enthusiasten, die sich regelmäßig zum Paddle-Tennis-Spielen trafen, und jetzt wollen wir an Wettkämpfen teilnehmen.

"Pádel" ist ein Mannschaftssport (2 Mitglieder), der auf einem 20m x 10m großen Platz (ähnlich einem Tennisplatz) gespielt wird, mit der Besonderheit, dass der Platz mit Glaswänden und Zäunen umrandet ist.

Gegenwärtig treffen wir uns an den Wochenenden, um „König des Platzes“ zu spielen - wobei das Gewinnerteam auf den oberen Platz geht und das Verliererteam auf den unteren Platz.

Unsere Idee ist es, falls Sie den Sport noch nicht entdeckt haben, Ihnen zu zeigen wie man spielt. Wenn Sie den Sport bereits kennen, schließen Sie sich uns gerne an und wir garantieren Ihnen, dass Sie Spaß haben werden und eventuel können Sie Ihr Niveau verbessern?

Als Ziel für 2025 haben wir uns die ‚European Company Sport Games‘ gesetzt, die im Juni auf Mallorca stattfinden werden. Es wird das erste Mal sein, dass Airbus Hamburg bei dieser Veranstaltung mit Padel vertreten sein wird.

Welcome to the sport of the present and the future!

After football, "Pádel" is currently the most popular sport in the world, and it is now booming in Germany, and of course now at Airbus.

The "Pádel" club at Airbus Hamburg was born from the initiative of a few paddle tennis enthusiasts who used to meet frequently to play paddle tennis, and now we are planning to compete.

"Pádel" is a team sport (2 members) played on a 20m x 10m court (similar to a tennis court), with the special feature that it has glass walls and fences around the perimeter.

Currently we get together on weekends to play ‘King of the Court’ - in which the winning team goes up to the top court and the losing team goes down to the bottom court.

Our idea is to show you how to play if you haven't discovered the sport yet, and if you already know the sport, join us and we guarantee you will improve your level and have fun!

As a target for 2025 we have the ‘European Company Sport Games’ which will take place in June in Mallorca. It will be the first time Airbus Hamburg will have Padel representation at this event.
